Oversight of the bank is provided by the Board of Directors and Management team. These groups have provided many years of service to First State Bank of Burnet. The experience and continuity of the Board of Directors and Management team is the foundation of the bank. • Director Carol Wright. Mrs. Wright is a resident of Lampasas, Texas. She has been a Director of the Bank since 2001.
• Chairman John Moss. Mr. Moss is a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been a Director of the Bank since 1997. He was elected Chairman of the Board in 2004.

• Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer Cary Johnson. Mr. Johnson is a resident of Burnet, Texas. He has been a Director of the Bank since 1982.
• Director John Hoover. Mr. Hoover is a resident of Burnet, Texas. He has been a Director of the Bank since 1980.
• Director John Robertson. Mr. Robertson is a resident of Burnet, Texas. He has been a Director of the Bank since 1981.

• Internal Auditor Sherlyn Brooks. Mrs. Brooks has served in this capacity since 2003.  Mrs. Brooks previously served as Cashier. She began her service with the bank in 1969.
• Senior Vice President Joye Bibles. Ms. Bibles has served in this capacity since 2002.  Ms. Bibles is also the Comptroller of the bank and Information Technology Manager.  She began her service with the bank in 1972.
• President and Chief Executive Officer Cary Johnson. Mr. Johnson has served in this capacity since 1989. He began his service with the bank in 1981.
• Executive Vice President Sallye Long. Mrs. Long has served in this capacity since 1996. Mrs. Long oversees the lending function of the bank. She began her service with the bank in 1978.

• Assistant Vice President Joyce Rogers. Mrs. Rogers has served in this capacity since 1990. Mrs. Rogers oversees operations in the Lampasas Branch location.
• Mortgage Lending Officer Deborah Page. Mrs. Page has served in this capacity since 2007.  She began her service with the bank in 1995.
• Compliance Officer Earline Zimmerman. Ms. Zimmerman has served in this capacity since 2009.  She began her service with the bank in 1991.
• Vice President Nathan Brown. Mr. Brown is a loan officer.  He has served in this capacity since 1994 when he began his service with the bank.
• Vice President Karen Farrell. Mrs. Farrell has served in this capacity since 2003. Mrs. Farrell oversees the Operations Department and Customer Service. She began her service with the bank in 1981.
• Customer Relations Officer Cheryl Perry. Mrs. Perry has served in this capacity since 2007 when she began her service with the bank. She began her banking career in 1976.
• Vice President and Branch Manager Don Windham. Mr. Windham is a loan officer and oversees the Lampasas Branch.  He has served in this capacity since 1999 when he began his service with the bank. 
• Loan Administration Officer Jill Riley. Mrs. Riley is a loan officer.  She has served in this capacity since 2000.  She began her service with the bank in 1987. 
• Mortgage Lending Officer Linda Holland. Mrs. Holland has served in this capacity since 2000.  She began her service with the bank in 1993.
